Above all else, my number one purpose is to educate and provide the truth regarding health and fitness so that you may be independent and free from injuries.
My training involves reprogramming of the Nervous System which resequence muscular contraction in order to stabilize joints, reduce injuries and even reverse the effects of years of excessive adverse tension on the body. Once this is accomplished, the individual can move into a strengthening phase, which ensures the proper muscular sequencing is permanent.
Without a proper setup of the Nervous System to produce movements that is aligned to its engineered design, an individual is guaranteed to suffer structurally with greater than standard joint wear and adverse impact to the connective tissues. The result of this are shifts in the center of gravity and the painful, gradual decline of the musculoskeletal health due to improper muscular sequencing.
Most people might call this “functional training” or “corrective exercise.” Although I won’t disagree, I must say it is extremely easy to perform these “exercises” improperly and thus produce no results and/or further adds adverse tension to the body.
I have met very few fitness professionals who understand this concept, and never anyone who can apply these knowledge properly. Although you’ll hear some fitness experts who can speak like a textbook, none can actually produce any significant length-tension-relationship changes to the muscles due to lack of background in physics, engineering and spatial relationship.
I am certified by NCSF, NASM, NCCPT, Cooper CPT, Cooper Biomechanics and others but these are just licenses to learn. There is no education or degree out there that can teach you how to apply knowledge and information.
